Some people that suffer from arthritis have great difficultity moving about and they can be alleviated of some of their pain and suffering by being submersed in warm water. There are some who are even able to do exercises with little discomfort which would be unimaginable without the use of a hot tub.
Of course the arthritis sufferer should always first check with their doctor before beginning any new activity.
